Information we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect what you choose to enter: what you are reaching out about, your name or initials, a way to reach you, whether it is safe to leave you a message, and your message. You do not have to use your full name.

When you give through the donation form, that form is run by Zeffy. Zeffy collects your payment and contact details, and Zeffy's privacy policy covers that information.

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our web host (Cloudflare) and our font provider (Google Fonts) receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, when a page loads.

So that the safety notice does not appear on every page, your browser remembers that you have seen it until you close the tab. Nothing about that is sent to us.

How we use your information

Messages from the contact form are delivered by email to The Sonrisa Foundation and are used only to respond to you. We use your answer about leaving a message to decide how to contact you.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, other than the services that run this website and deliver your message to us. Your information is kept confidential and is only accessed by authorized members of The Sonrisa Foundation team.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100{'e': '[email protected]'}ecure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
